Urgent Tree Branch Removal at a Kewarra Beach Childcare

Late on a Friday afternoon we heard about a large tree branch that had fallen at one of the childcare centres we service in Kewarra Beach. The branch had come down across the outdoor play area. This was urgent tree branch removal, and it needed sorting before the kids came back on Monday.

We attended first thing Saturday morning. The branch was lying across the artificial turf and the rubberised terracotta path, with green foliage and twigs scattered over the play surface. Debris had spread near the garden bed and its painted decorative rocks.

We cut the branch up and removed it. Then we cleared all the scattered debris off the turf and the winding path. The whole play area was tidied and secured.

With a childcare centre you can't just clear the mess and leave. We inspected the surrounding trees for any further risk to the children. A branch that came down once can point to more weight sitting overhead. We wanted to know the space was safe before we called it done.

Once we were happy, we gave the site the all clear. The play yard was left clean, with the red pathway, turf, garden bed and picnic table all clear of debris.

It's straightforward work, but timing matters. A fallen branch across a kids' play area on a Friday can't wait until the next week. Getting there Saturday morning meant the centre didn't lose any days and the children could return Monday as normal.
